HIGH PRESSURE, HIGH TEMPERATURE CAMERA INPSECTION

For many years AGE Developments has been at the forefront in providing high quality heat_camera_image_01 down-hole camera inspection services and equipment. To keep up with the growing demand and to keep leading the way in this area, AGE has introduced a new service to its impressive range, the V.S.A.S. (Video Acquisition System) Camera System.

The camera is designed to operate on standard wireline systems either land based or offshore. This gives the advantage of using client based wireline equipment while achieving greater depths up to 5000 metres. The small size and weight of the equipment used in this type of application means the unit is easily and readily mobilized at a moments notice. Each unit comes with a back-up camera in case of failure of the first camera. Each inspection is recorded to either VHS or DVD.

Alternatively, the system can be used on one of many AGE CCTV Camera Units that are strategically placed around Australia and can also be mobilized on demand to rendezvous with the V.S.A.S. camera. This allows the camera to travel to even more remote locations and provide greater flexibility in camera inspections.

With a diameter of 60.3mm (2 3/8”) and a length of 1460mm (57.5”) the camera can be used in holes from 3” in size to 9”. It has the capability of operating in a temperature range of -35 to 260 Degrees C and a pressure of 10,000PSI. It can be used in either 240V or 110V allowing it to be used in Australia or overseas.

Operation of the camera is carried out by one of AGE’s highly experienced operators who are fully knowledgeable in well preparation and can provide expert advice during each inspection.
