NATA Pressure Testing

Since 1987 AGE Developments has maintained a fully equipped and staffed NATA2227 Pressure Testing Laboratory. It is mainly used for in-house testing however from time to time we complete outside testing as required.

  Calibration of test and Industrial gauges in the range -100 kPa to 120 MPa with a least uncertainty as specified in AS 1349
• Pressure Transducers
  Calibration of test and Industrial gauges in the range -100 kPa to 120 MPa with a least uncertainty as specified in AS 1349.

• Pressure Recorders
  Calibration of test and Industrial gauges in the range -100 kPa to 120 MPa with a least uncertainty as specified in AS 1349.

• Hydrostatic Pressure Tests Hydrostatic pressure tests to in house methods (3.0 Hoses and Hose Assemblies) based on AS1180.5, AS4041, AS1271, AS2117, AS4037, AS1357 and similar specifications in the range 100 kPa to 345 MPa.
• Pneumatic Pressure Tests Pneumatic pressure tests to in house methods (3.0 Hoses and Hose Assemblies) based on AS1180.5, AS4041, AS1271, AS4037 and similar specifications in the range -100 kPa to 20 MPa.
• Other Tests Proof, burst and bypass tests on Inflatable Packers to in house methods (6.0 Pressure Testing of Packers and Packer Assemblies).

• Hydrostatic Pressure Tests
  Hydrostatic pressure tests to AS1210-1997 Clause 5.10, AS4041, AS4037 and similar specifications in the range 0 to 120 MPa.
• Pulsating Pressure Tests Pulsating pressure tests to in house methods (9.0 Cyclic Pressure Testing), AS1210, AS4037, AS2470, AS3707 and similar standards up to 2 Hz in the range 0 to 120 MPa and from ambient to 150 °C.
