Complete Well Reline
The AGE Slimline Swaged Casing Patch System was developed to provide a fast, effective well re-lining system, while minimising well diameter losses.
An AGE Swage Patch consists of a thin-walled, stainless-steel tube clad in a vulcanised rubber cover.
The patch is set by permanent radial deformation using a high-pressure packer, operated and inflated inside the Swage Patch.
Dependent on the well conditions and completed design, it may only be necessary to swage the reline at several locations. Otherwise, the entire pump well can be permanently deformed to ensure minimal diameter losses.
