The AGE Slimline Swaged Casing Reline System was developed to provide a fast, effective bore re-lining system that minimises losses in bore internal diameter whilst providing a corrosion resistant bore casing material that will last many more years to come.
This is an effective solution when the water bore has sustained significant corrosion or damage, and runs the risk of collapse. We have achieved a long history of significantly extending the lifespan of such bores, saving our clients the cost of constructing a full replacement and significantly reducing production downtime.
This remediation method involves lowering a stainless steel reline sleeve into the bore, and mechanically swaging it in place to act as the new bore casing wall. Dependent on the bore conditions and completed design, it may only be necessary to swage the reline at several locations. Otherwise, the sleeve can be swaged along the entire length of the casing to ensure minimal internal diameter losses.
